ive been telling WC for a while they need to add an automated calculator on everyones account that saves the time and hassel, I had the worst experience with a rolloverthere

Unfortunately if you have to go through books located in Costa Rica it is something you have to deal with
You have to remember your rollover is probably more than they make in 3 months
It breeds resentment
No amount of threads on forums
or threats of withdraws
or anything else will change it
It is Sunday you have to wait till they track down the Gringo manager
Does not make it right but once you cross the Rio Grande customer service takes on a whole new definition

Agree. Other books do that. If they can't then CS needs to be on the ball. When you have big rollovers on winnings players want to feel like they are on the same page with the book.

They put out one of the best bonus values and are going to have a lot of takers. Hopefully they ramp up and can support it efficiently.

Not hard 2 figure the info though I am still waiting on a FP I won from a contest here on Thursday. By my calculation Friday and Saturday were the 2 days. I am on a 3rd day and still not received FP. Guess the two day thing does not count for weekend, if that is case I would like SBR to state this for future purchases. So, its good you atleast got your FP

Why does no one at any of the books here answer? I've sent emails to Phoenix, Mania, and Wagerchief about depositing via bank wire and no one replies - this is going on 10+ days. Doesn't make one very comfortable sending money. I would think if someone wanted to send in 5 figures, they might get a response!!!

How in the world could they have possibly been that busy with a preseason NFL game??? If a book can't handle a simple question when the only games that night are a baseball game and a preseason NFL game, they have serious CS issues.

I got a really funny voicemail from him a couple weeks ago where he was too busy chatting with his buddies to notice that he'd gotten my voicemail, so I have this 2 minute conversation between him and the other clerks recorded. I'd post it here but the context of the conversation makes it obvious they're based out of the US so probably not a good idea to publicize that re: the UIGEA and all.
