In small markets with a flagged account, all the time, it doesn't take much $ at all. Larger markets are another story. Usually takes a service with a big following and/or a large bettor/syndicate.

It never happened to me before UIGEA. Now it happens frequently. And for less than 500 at some big shops.

Pinnacle's system automatically adjusts odds if you stake anything approaching their limit. See it everyday.
Lesser books will almost always reduce the odds when you place a wager at the limit, or they reduce the stake you ask for.
Some, e.g. Luxbet with soccer, will frequently reject your bet entirely and simultaneously reduce the odds - that is utterly despicable bookmaking behaviour but it happens

All the time at MB. I don't like to brag, but there were several offers there I liked. Many were under $50 but I snapped them up anyway. A new line appeared afterward.

I use to do it all the time at Skybook last year. They ended up putting me on a delay.

I don't think I ever saw a line move at the New Frontier, period, let alone from a bet I made!

I always made sure to play that goofy mechanical horse racing game at the New Frontier on every trip.

I moved WNBA 5 cents on less than $500 bet. It was overnight and the line had not moved for hours, so I am pretty sure it was just me.
