I am trying to withdraw my balance, cause obv my limits have been cut after this run I had in the last 3 weeks. I asked for a check.....nope don't send checks to Canada. I asked them to send me it on moneybookers......nope don't pay out moneybookers unless first deposit is moneybookers.....asked for a wire........I get "the person who can authorize that isn't here"

My only option, paying $65 on $850 **, how is this right.

They want over $50 for every kind of withdraw.

I use a sister company of Bet Phoenix, (SkyBook) and over the last month I have hit them pretty good ($850.00). I had a balance of $675 yesterday, (Aug 3) and requested a payout of $175.00. Normally its deducted from your account in a few hours. When I checked today and saw it had not been deducted, by 11 am, I called and the said it was processed and I would have the information for pick up today. I just checked and they are not picking up any phones., no live chat, either. I went to parent co Bet Phoenix and the same calls will not go through and no live chat. I have a bad feeling here.

Thanks 4 all the comments and i was not bashing anyone. My concern was simply that NO phones were being picked up at any location, which to my way of thinking , may be a problem. As far as my winnings yes my friends and family are all impressed, I am just a small player $50-$100, and making around $1300 in a month with small wagers, in my estimation "aint bad"....lol. But in all sincerity thanks all for the input, this is a great place to get help and good luck to all

My expectation is that good legit books have checks in place to prevent employee fraud. If I request a 5 digit wire, I don't even check on whether the book has done anything for 2-3 days. I don't expect the guy that authorizes $13,000 payouts to sit at the computer screen around the clock.

In my view any complaint less than 3 days after a withdrawal request should be deleted by SBR.

The good news is that you will get paid. The bad news is that I have no idea when. My last check took over a month and required help from SBR. That was several months ago and they claimed processing problems. So Monday, I request a payout and I felt confident that all the problems were behind them because they claim to have it fixed on this forum. The money is still not deducted today so I call only to find out I was lied to once again. On Monday, I was told to allow 3-5 days but many are receiving checks in 2 days. Today it's allow at least a week for processing and another 3-5 business days after that. The story changes day to day and it's always for the worst.

If the entire process takes 2 weeks tell us so. A month or more sucks, but at least admit it so we know. Yet they post here and say that their processing probs are fixed. What a load of crap; nothing has changed. The only thing more ridic is that BP is rated a B+ shop. Like I said, I know I'll get paid but just can't rely on when that will be--they have no credibilty.

well I certainly wouldn't be classing a book as "good" if it isn't able to payout my balance quicker than several weeks, and on top of that charge me for the privilege
