Most bookies probably have bonuses and marketing plans ready but they are not ready to make them public yet. But if they see that you are in the market to re-activate your account it is likely that they will try to hook you before you go somewhere else.

Well at least in theory anyway? It would also depend on your history with the book. Maybe we can have a competition and see who can get the best offer (though 'best' will always be very subjective).
