On the shelf above me is a brick from old Comiskey which I got myself by scaling the fence post game one night during when the right field bleachers were being knocked down, one from old Chicago Stadium retrieved similarly, a WS cap from few years back my folks sent me, and a game 6 puck from the Stanley Cup this year ... 4 of my nearly-most treasured possessions.

The most-treasured one is above them, an original unused 'face mask' from Pink Floyd's The Wall that the kids wore in the sequences when they were drones which was a spare in Pinewood Studios plastics lab I got from someone in the UK many years ago

Just letting everyone know I closed my account with betonline.

While I'm thankful I won the jackpot, I realized they were in a hurry to not have the casino software company wire me the money all at once, so betonline had them transfer the whole 65k to my betonline account and hope I lose a lot to to them, so they can profit off my win. Exactly what happened.

Since they could only give me 5k a week, sometimes 10k a week, I got stupid with the rest of the money. In the end, I only got 35k out before my account was empty.

I just asked for my account to be closed, and I went to live chat to do that. She asked for me to verify my password, asked why I wanted it closed, etc. Then after all that, she tells me she can't close my account. wtf? Why ask for my password and reason if they can't close my account.

I'm just lucky I got 35k out of it.

Am I blaming them? Naw, it's just a smart move on their part. They know that most people, when left with a large amount of cash in their account like that, where they can only get 5k-10k a week, will end up playing with the rest. I did that, and just got unlucky.

The thing that makes me mad, is that I trusted them to pay me faster than the casino company would. I was told they could do that, instead they could only do 5k, 10k a week at most. If I went with the casino software company, I could have had it all sent at once via wire. But I wasn't sure how long that would take, so I trusted betonline would be able to wire me money faster. Guess not.

But again, I have no one to blame but me. Seeing all that money, and how slowly it was being sent to me, I decided to play with it. About 5k a week in bets, but my luck was so horrible.

Then the casino, wow, I couldn't win worth shit. It's like I was set to lose there no matter what.
