Brobury Sports Payout Request

Just wanted to post here good or bad. Requested withdraw today from this book via wire transfer. First time using this method and will let everyone know if and when they pay. Thanks

I've requested payouts by Neteller and Moneybookers in the past from Brobury
and have got everyone within 48 hours.
Despite them being a Jazette book I don't think you will find any complaints about them.

there have been many postive post about borbury of late , and they have been from long time posters who have seen some of the worst parts of jazzette,
hope things work out for you at this book, might give them a try myself

One free withdraw per month

They have just requested a second copy of i.d ( a copy of my bank statement) although no other company has ever asked for a copy of my statement for a bank transfer, i will give it to them and hope this is the only minor thing i will have to do.

So far though i will say my experience is not that bad

I've been happy with Brobury, though I have only used them for a few months.

Maybe nothing to worry about but as reported they asked for more i.d. Sent it in and two hours later i get the exact, to the word, generic message asking for my documents AGAIN. I found this odd because i recieved an email an hour before that stating they recieved my documents.

This seems like a odd thing to do from them.

Some slow progression but none the less progression. This email was sent to me this morning;

Dear Mike,
Thank you for contacting us.
Thank you for submitting all of the requested documentation. We have verified your name and address with the provided documents and we have passed your bank statement to our withdrawals team. They will review these and send you an email within the next 12-24 hours confirming your status. We appreciate your cooperation and we apologize if this verification process has put you at any inconvenience.


We will see if i can jump that last hurdle and have their "withdraws team" approve me now.

Many teams working for these people. Documents team, withdrawals team etc etc. Wonder if their are any lines on them

After a few hiccups, everything seems back to moving along nicely.

This is the latest email;

She was really helpful and even phoned me to try and make sure they had everything they needed.

So now we will see how long the actual transfer takes

Bank wires, now that it is approved should take 3 days tops.

I dont doubt for a second it will arrive, but none the less lets wait and see. Wouldn't want my cash out waiting for your deposit

Just when you think everything is great............. They put your withdraw back as pending lol

Now we know why they are rated where they are. Wow

Just begging me to reverse my withdrawal, so instead of depositing there again i am playing somewhere else this week. Some of these books just don't have a clue. Do they really think delaying my payment will make me want to play there more?

Damn Pitcher change late.... Ouch!!!

Just wanted to say that my withdrawal is still pending more than 24 hours after they approved all documents from both their document department and withdrawals department. That is a little frustrating

Although i had to change my withdraw from ech to bank wire on day # 1 (canadian funds or something, so it had to be through a wire instead. Same thing really just add a swift number which they had the same day)

I can give them mad props though for outstanding support through the whole thing, even my player rep emailed me today because he knew i was a little pissy

If ( i do still say if) this wire is fast(like the end of this week or monday) i may have found my book for the nfl season because everything about them is great. So if they pay me i think that would make them a solid "b" outfit to me.

Brobury is great. Anyone dealing with bankwires ought to be more patient than 4 days.

They paid me 20k to moneybookers in under 24 hours. I am more comfortable with money in that shop than almost any other book rated B-/B/B+ by SBR.

I know how bank wires work and the timeframes. If you look what i said, my problem with this all is that it is still in pending. It has not even been sent

5 days and a pending withdrawal still is a lot different than sent and waiting for the bank to do their jobs. If you got your withdrawal that quick then great for you. Made it through the pending quickly. Mine has not

I like everything about the shop except this pending stuff. Also doesn't look good if some people get paid right away and others have to wait a week for funds to come off the pending list.

for your first bank wire payout, it should take at least 7 days. after then, will be few days faster.

Sorry was away for the long weekend up here in Canada.

Since the pending was taken off and it was upgraded to sent last Thursday, It is only 3 business days because of the holiday Monday. Nothing yet, but as was said a couple posts up it could take 7 days or more. Although any other book, for me anyway has been 3-4 days once it has been sent for the first time.

Willhill and the OLD Bowmans were great. Sometimes within 2 business days.

My rep for the site though threw my a $100 for the trouble so that was cool.

Bank wire recieved Today. Not bad, actually extremely happy with the service.

Only two minor problems with the wire was that the book makes me deposit in u.s funds(me in canada) and then when they paid me it was the exact same amount but in canadian dollars and no exchange.

Second was that they say one free withdraw a month, but.... they took $40 off the wire before it even hit my bank. Then my bank took out their small fee. $40 is a little steep for a free withdraw.

All in all a good experience with them. I have no doubt that James will look after me for the fees that were incurred
