Thank you BetPhoenix (and Ballwonder)

I have been working with Ballwonder and BetPhoenix for the last week trying to put together an amicable bailout deal for the funds that I had in Bet911 when they folded. I am extremely happy to announce that we have come to an agreement that will allow me to potentially save money I thought was gone for good.

This was not a small figure and BetPhoenix certainly did not have to do what they did. With that being said, I would personally like to thank Ballwonder, Fred from Bet Phoenix, and the rest of the BetPhoenix management for the opportunity for me to salvage something out of this terrible situation.

With the way BetPhoenix handled this situation two things have become very clear to me:

1. They care about the offshore industry as a whole. They know what a black eye shops like Bet911 are.

2. This sportsbook is making decisions that will lead them to the top of the offshore industry. By stepping up to the plate and trying to help stiffed players they know that they are doing the "right" thing. Which, in turn, will continue to help build their brand along with keep the offshore industry as "clean" as possible.

I will say again this wouldnt have happened without the help of Ballwonder. He was instrumental in getting the talks started. Thanks again Matt.

I'm certain this was no small sum. BP certainly seems to have the management with enough foresite to know that by helping a player out in this situation, they can potentially gain much more than the initial cost, granted you'll likely beat them regularly..but bet911 had to have SOME career losers, right?

BP has the potential to be the #1 offshore shop, despite what some will say here. The slow check processing hurt them in some eyes.

Keep in mind this site draws a more international crowd than EOG. Intl players enjoy a stronger selection of shops and seems alot of BP processing issues involved intl players (they always paid me on time via **).

Appreciate you posting this Cowboy. I have delays, oppressive limits etc but I still play with these folks every day for one simple reason: the guys at the top always seemed to "get it" and worked with me when things were going rough for them. I am going to be loyal back (well unless i lose my 105 and get stuck on $50 wagers lol)
