Heritage cashier page always times out

Anyone else having this problem?

The rest of the site works fine, but whenever I click on Cashier, the connection times out.

Happened a few weeks ago, I gave up and forgot about it, then tried it last night and now today and still have the same problem.

I tried it before and encountered the same problem. So I just call in my payout requests and they take care of it very quickly. I requested 2 checks thus far this year; one took 2 days and the other arrived the very next day.

Yeah, I figured I could just call it in.

I let them know to fix it. I always just call them to process my payouts. I am sure it will working.

Does anybody still have this problem? They always say the problem is at my end. Is calling to payout is the only way for this site?

Just a suggestion, always try different browsers such as Firefox and Internet Explorer. Sometimes a site will have issues with one type of browser.

yeah definitely sounds like a browser issue...

don't think it's a browser issue, it worked fine for me and then one day it stopped, it hasn't worked for me for about a month

Did you tell them? What did they say?

haven't told them because i'm not depositing there anytime soon, i just have checked a few times when i'm entering contests
