Ok I have seen a previous post on this as well. This morning my account was limited to $1. I have done ok on this account but nothing fantastic so I have no idea why my account would be limited other than I have actually won a little money. God for bid someone actually win. I called them I get this they would not let me speak to a supervisor or manager. they would also not give me any reason. I inquired about withdrawing my money and they are now saying I did not put an occupation in my form, which I did by the way and that my signature does not perfectly match my ID. Very worried I am getting scammed here. No sure how SBR has a B- on this crap book. I have reported them to SBR and will wait response. Any other thoughts from you guys?

Give them a couple days. If they don't sort it out, fill out a complaint.

        Update

Justin is working on which I appreciate very much. I have 2 major frustrations with Beted and seriously question a B- rating on them because of these issues.

        1) Limiting my account to $1 bets and gave me absolutely no reason as to why. In fact, they actually told me that would not give me a reason. I have been betting on sports on line for 8 years and have used numerous books. I will admit all in all, I have lost money over the 8 years so I am definitely not a professional. The only thing I can remotely think is they don't like the way I will play 2 or 3 leg parlays and than work the other side if 2 sides hit. Last I knew that was actually a smart play, but obviously nothing illegal.

        2) When my account did get limited, I called and asked for a supervisor and manager. They said I could not talk to manager or supervisor and probably would not be able to speak to anyone. They refused to give me a reason why my account was limited. When I asked to withdrawal, they said my verification form signature was not an exact match to my ID and had not filled out an occupation. I did fill out a occupation by the way and over a scanned\faxed copy I am not sure anyone can duplicate a signature perfectly. They have assured me I will get my money but I am having to resend everything. They will also not give me a withdrawal for 30 days because I used a CC even though my account has been limited. Thus my money is just sitting in limbo.

A book is free to limit an account for any or no reason. In your case, it looks like you're smarter than them, and they don't want your action.

I expect you to get paid in a reasonable time period. If you have rollover to meet, I expect your bonus will be pro-rated. 30 days is not a crazy hold period for a CC deposit.

Justin, I just sent you an email so sorry for the duplication but I think its important for others to know of the problems I am having. I resent my verification forms for a 2nd time and they came back again saying my signature does not match my ID. I can assure you its my signature. Of course with a copy and on my state ID its a digital signature so its never going to exactly match. This is nothing more than them trying to delay my withdrawal process. While I understand they can limit play for no reason and also understand the 30 day hold on CC, saying its not my signature when it clearly is should draw many redflags as to the Beted being ethical. FYI, I have cleared all bonuses so that is not the problem. Again, I continue to appreciate your help.

I had a similar experience with beted back around the first weekend of March madness. On Thurs (opening day of tourny) I decided to open an acct and try them out and made a $500 deposit. The first wagers i made was keying one team with 2 others in 2 $250 2 team parlays. Both ended up winning and my balance was approx $1700. When i tried to log into my acct and play the afternoon games, a message came up saying acct disabled and that i had to send them my id before i could make any more wagers (of course they didnt tell me this before i made the deposit). So i immediately scanned my id and sent it to them. Then, because my id had my old address on it they wanted a utility bill. I also sent that immediately. Then the story gets good. Because my utility bills and my id had my middle initial in it, they said that it wasnt good enough and i had to go to get my id updated with my new address and without my middle initial in it.

Long story short....I got shut out on 4 games that day that i wanted to play and would have gone 3-0 with a push and it cost me approx $1300. I was so fed up that i requested a payout and after 5 more faxes, 50 more calls, and 3 full of weeks of their delaying and bs, they finally sent me my payout..Only after i threatened to take this to the forums. They were prob the worst book i've ever made a deposit to...but i guess they are a B- because in the end...i did get paid

After the 3rd attempt to verify my account and much stress, Beted did finally approve my account for withdrawal. I know Justin had contacted them so maybe that helped as well. I did get my withdrawal after several days, but they have limits on both 1 time withdrawals and weekly withdrawals. My other requests have been processed but I have not seen it hit my bank yet. Hopefully, Doubleedge's 10 teamer didn't bankrupt the place. While it appears I will eventually get made whole at Beted, I would not recommend this book. Limiting my play after just 20 days and a few thousand bucks and not providing any explanation whatsoever is crap even if they can legally do it. Their payout system to me is also very shady. Just my opinion.
