What about everyone else? Wouldn't this same advice be prudent for Canadians or anyone? I mean a scam book is a scam book, regardless from where you bet.

You are correct about scam books. However us Canuks have a few more options for transferring money in and out of books. We also have Pinny to choose from as a book and get paid almost instaneously.

Of coruse this is true, but Europeans and other non Americans have many more alternative safe outs. Pinny and Bet 365 just to name two.
