Thank you for your hard work. I was paid promptly and as you say bonus is back in my account. Without your intervention I would have been stuck. I would love to know they decided to act in the way that they did, as it seemed completely OTT.

i received the same message, how am i going to achieve the 7x rollover with 1$ limit and more than 2K? BetED should be rated F... could someone help in this issue?

Fill out a complaint.

Check your account -- they may have already waived rollover.

Looks like they are having a purge against European customers, my account also limited to $1 bets, not sure why,

but hey.....no problems there a much better books out there anyway...........they seem to be losing the plot.

Ya books can get pretty butt hurt about the complain process. I have one with Wagerchief and they just cashed me out my entire balance. Oh well I had a good run there with my free $50. Made that many times over.

I am just finding this out as well. Not sure why I ever left Bookmaker. BetEd has been the most corrupt books I have played at and I still question SBR's rating on them considering all the problems. My play was limited for $1 without reason and now they are refusing to pay me out because my signature does not perfectly match my ID which is a digital signature. They are holding over $3K hostage. Avoid at all costs in my opinion. They will take your money if you lose, but god forbid you win they will cut your betting off and keep your money. Not sure how they are still in business.

BetEd is a recreational book. They do not want pro players beating the crap out of them.

They are currently rated B-. I think this is an accurate rating. Your ID issue will get sorted out, and you'll get paid. I don't think any sports player has ever felt screwed there (other than being shown the door, which is a fair play).

I will admit, their casino confiscations awhile ago raised some warning flags... but they seem to be handling sports betting issues properly.

As long as I get paid out, I will go quietly. Beyond them selectively choosing players, I do take issue with their customer service as well. Not letting me speak to anyone with authority or in management is poor customer service. I will say after complaining several times to them I did get a call from a gentlemen that spoke clean English and seemed to have some authority. Although I can't say he really helped the matter to this point. Ultimately, I should have done more homework on this book and not just looked at SBR's rating. Once I started using them, I realized how low their limits were, their limited betting options, and their odd spreads suck. All signs of a rec book. Once again, thank you for your assistance. SBR provides a tremendous service to players.
