Moving to the islands for the winter...

If anyone is familiar with the Caribbean Islands, I'm trying to find the best place to hang my hat for the winter (October - May) I would like to be somewhere that has nice beaches, beautiful ladies, and sportsbooks. Suggestions?

I lived on Roatan for four years. There are no sports books but it has everything else you mentioned.

Panama has beaches, sportsbooks, and ladies...I don't recommend it, but it has them all.
