    Betphoenix deposit fees
Just made a Moneybookers deposit to BetPhoenix and was charged a fee of 14GBP.
I was aware of fees on withdrawals but this is the first time I have been charged a fee on a deposit.
This will definately be the last deposit I make to this book.

Seriously? They charged you to make a deposit. Did they tell you of the fee upon your deposit? Even if you deposited via moneybookers I feel this is unacceptable.

I was informed on 'live chat' when I confirmed the deposit that they now charge fees on both deposits & withdrawals.
At least deposits don't take 10 days though lol.

I am using Sports-1 instead of BetPhoenix (same lines, same company I think). Last deposit I've done was on May, 21 using Moneybookers. There were no fees. I asked the customer service whether there is a fee or not:

        withdrawals:

when I opened my account in March 2010 there was one free withdrawal per month using MB.

--> To date there is a fee of 20 $ on each withdrawal

        deposits:

        live chat:

"I was checking your account and It is correct, sometimes we covert the fee but that's up to management, If you make a deposit and the total amount is not reflected into your account you can contact us back at business hours, in about 6 hours from now, I am pretty sure they will take care about"

If they won't have activity on their website any more they should keep the fees.

At least someone still makes deposit at BP. I got the impression that everyone is waiting for withdrawals. Good news.

Are you sure that the particular CS representative didn't just make a mistake? Maybe it's worth asking again later today.

Charging fees on Moneybookers deposits doesn't sound right at all. Plus I would think it only fair that they notified you of it before you deposit in order to be entitled to deduct it, or at least had it advertised on their website. I had a quick look at their banking page and there aren't any deposit fees listed for Moneybookers.

Glad you got the funds back. ANY deposit via moneybookers should not be charged a fee.

No kind of deposit should be charged a fee, that's ridiculous.

I don't know why all the bad comments about bp. I got 2 withdrawls this week and they took 3 business and they were right on time. If you can't wait 3 days then maybe you got a problem not them.

Maybe the problem is your gross stupidity?

Just because you got paid in 3 days, doesn't mean other people are getting paid in 3 days. If you had READ all of the complaints, you might actually understand what people are complaining about. And then you wouldn't be making dumb comments about getting paid in 3 days, without mentioning the amounts or methods, and without realizing that people are not complaining about getting paid within 3 days...
