    www.bet24.com THIEVES
    Hello
I created my account with Bet24 2 weeks before and after placing some winning bets my sum there was 990 euro so i decided to ask for a withdrawal however they asked me to provide them my id and **** as i did butt after that they told me that will close my account and will investigate my issue(what issue is the question)and today after 12 days the sent me this email:Hi,

    Thank you for your mail.

According to Bet24 rules winnings have been confiscated - deposit of 6
EUR has been refunded directly to CC 4009.The customer is not permitted to have more than one betting account with Bet24. If we have more than one betting account per household/IP address, a further investigation could be launched or betting account could be closed - in this case Bet24 has the right to deny winnings to the customer.

and after asking them for details they sent me this:
    Hi,

    Thank you for your mail.

Due to data protection I cannot provide you with any specific information.
We have taken our decision according to IP LOGs history, connections to other players, personal information given by you and other players during the registration.

but i explained them that i had nothing to do with all these things i never opened another account and noone in my house i only used some public wifi conections once to place some bets when i was not home and i am afraid that this created al these issues...
i dont know what to say i daily see so many bookies do such things b i didnt expect bet24 would do sth like that

Bet24 is a perfectly reliable book and definitely not thieves.

Your IP matched the IP of another player. That's in violation to their T & C. There's no way of knowing if you used a public wifi or opened several accounts from your home, regardless of what you say yourself. That's why the rules in general prohibit this.

The solution is simple: DON'T use public wifi, internetcafe's, whatever and obv don't open double accounts and later claim you were using a public wifi, internetcafe, whatever

      What he said.

I believe they're owned by a large media company, so while they may look like a small business, they're very professional. I won some tennis tickets from them last year to see the ATP Finals in London, and everything went perfectly.

Given that you got your deposit back, that's all you're entitled to under their rules. If you want, you can fill out the SBR complaint form anyway (link in my signature), but I'm not sure they'll get a different response.

this can't be a violation of the t&c's.

it can happen to anyone,do you think Bet24 close every account
because someone has logged in once from an internet cafe?

the important is what you do and if there is a connection with other players.

the IP matching another players' IP is obv a violation

playing in an internet cafe itself isn't a violation, but you're taking a risk someone else has logged in using the exact same IP right before you, and you have no way of knowing this. so play it safe and only log in at home.

but let's be realistic for a few seconds, the risk of having someone use the same internetcafe as you isn't that big. i'm sure you could run statistics on what the chances are two random eastern europeans logging in to some random bookmaker in the same random internetcafe within the same random few days of eachother are. i'm certain they are extremely small. nevertheless, about once per day someone is going on these boards bitching about some book that closed him down.
let me just put it like this: i'm 100% convinced the ones who create these topics but are really multi-accounting and consequently get caught far far exceed the ones in trouble for innoncently playing in an internetcafe. to be sure you're not that one person though, don't play on shared IP's at all; it really isn't that difficult.
