Heritage delets accounts?

    Heritage delets accounts?
    After a long break from betting i checked my heritage acccount and to my surprise account doesn't exist anymore.


    Obviously those clowns have policy if you don't use your account for some time they simply delets your logins along with all the money ..

    Luckily i didn't have a lot of money there and pinnacle account is still ok after all this time

    If you're certain your balance wasn't returned to you, write to me at Lou@sportsbookreview.com with your account # and balance and I'll write to a mgr right away.

      How about he contacts Heritage directly first--they will correct it. Maybe this will free you up to look at legitimate complaints--like the several against BetPhoenix.

        Contact them. If this is legitimate you will be taken care of. They have the best CS in the industry hands down.

            ABSOLUTELY...I went from the superbowl to the first week of the nfl and everything was A..O.K....HERITAGE RULES

              This is a ridiculous thread that deserves to be deleted. Heritage would never do this...OP is prob a betphoenix shill trying to get our attention away from all their problem threads...LOL

                I completely agree but the person that made this thread probably isn't the sharpest tool in the shed. Or else he would of contacted Heritage first to see what happened. Then again he can't even spell correctly, what do you expect?

                      they must have disabled your account because it was inactive for a long time, its stupid, I am sure it is not deleted

                        its just disabled its not deleted.

                        when i started back with them a few years ago i had to call in and have them allow me access to the account.

                        i think they stated like 6 months of non activity and the disable the account im not 100% sure but they had no problem turning it back on.

                          Some books do bury a clause in their T&Cs allowing them to confiscate inactive balances.

                            Typically, you would contact a book to find out what's going on. And, in the case of Heritage, the issue would be quickly resolved.

                            You don't need a forum or SBR for this.

                              We spoke to Heritage and they assured us that they don't "delete accounts" - they'd be more than happy to assist this player if he'd write in with his account # (if he has one).

                                    I got the same message as johnster, and I also sending them an email asking why? Their reply was surprising; my account stayed closed. I dont know if its becuse Im from Sweden but it was very disappointing.
