I think the most concerning thing about these payout issues is how silent SBR has been about it. Are they distancing in case these issues go deeper than processing issues?

Im still waiting for just one Mod on here to take 1 minute out of their day and make 1 phone call to BP and ask them about payouts, then when they get an answer, let everyone on here what they were told

You can be 110% sure they have called, and even went to the offices, It is not uncommon to see then there 1 or 2 times a week pick up the advertising and commision checks.

The reason you have not heard anything from them, is there is nothing they can say that is positive.

Bet Phoenix and SBR reminds me of the old, TOW Rookie Project, recommend a new untested sportsbook, and rake in as much cash as they can...as quick as they can... and when they fail, blame everyone else .. processors, euro players, bonus hunters.

Just because a sportsbook starts out with a BIG pile of cash does make them a B+, without a business plan and good management, they are going to fail.

I will rest when I am paid, have 5 figure Balance there and have been on a payment for 2 months, and currently , 3 weeks behind on that last promised payment..I have tried to speak with Richard or Dino about it, and both will NOT, follow up with me.

Perhaps you don't understand how the process works. If you have a beef with a book, you fill out a complaint form, then let SBR go to work. If your dispute has merit, and the book doesn't resolve it to SBR's satisfaction, then SBR determines if a rating needs to be adjusted.

This is NOT how the process works: Make multiple threads about a book, when it is obvious you have an agenda against them. Every thread you have created has been the same thing, yet I'll wager you haven't filled out a complaint form for your situation, and I'll even wager you don't even have a personal issue to be resolved, you are only spreading discontent for no reason.

BetPhoenix does have problems that they need to address, and they are far from a great book right now. Their B+ is probably a little high. But you have no credibility right now because of your actions. Seriously, contribute something else to the forum than "Betphoenix sucks and SBR is a fraud'. No one is listening, except for the other ghosts that you have created.

File a complaint with SBR, or find another topic.

Why would have have to file a claim with SBR, do they keep track... I do not think they do..or SBR would have informed posters, of how many claims are pending and the amount, just like they do with WSEX...

I spoke with Bet Phoenix, directly and was promised, payment and been lie to and jerked around, now for 3 weeks..

I do not need Bill and SBR to fight, my battles..that will not get me paid any sooner, if at all.

I can tell you from experience that this is NOT how it works. At least it is not how it works when BP is the book in question...

Why would you file a claim? Here's why: If you file a claim, they will ask for the facts from you and BetPhoenix, and determine if you are getting slow-payed, being wronged in any way, and if so, ask Betphoenix about how they plan to resolve your issue.

If they do not resolve your issue to SBR's satisfaction, then they start to take hits on their rating. Ask Bodog....

Publishing random rants of "BetPhoenix sucks" without any SBR involvement is wasting oxygen.

Furthermore, if you do not need Bill and SBR to fight your battles, then please feel free to stop sharing your experience with the rest of the forum. Random multiple threads are a waste of everyone's time.

by starting 10 threads a day, you will not improve your current situation. as for losing 5k balance to a sportsbook who steals, if you're in this business long enough it'll happen eventually. not to mention i highly doubt betp will steal, i have 30k+ there myself. all these threads just make you look annoying to everyone

Starting threads with misleading titles doesn't help your credibility. You obviously don't have a legit complaint, but let me offer this advice anyway. I requested a 4 figure withdrawal last Thursday through Gold-Pay and it was in my Gold-Pay account in 17 hours. Try a Gold-Pay withdrawal.

Say what the hell you like about SBR but they have worked with players and books to resolve complaints, some they have resolved and some they have not. However, you can hardly complain considering the service is completely free.

I have a legit complaint with BetPhoenix!!! I wrote but its half resolved-Wait for another 4 digit ammount more than 24hours...And ig BetPhoenix is B rated this complaint should be resolved in 24 hours-but its still not!!!
