Negotiation efforts with Cascade have ended
Lenny is welcome to post his side here.

I don’t believe Lenny has any desire to make good on his debt. In the end we were simply asking him to pay a mutually trusted 3rd party $3,000 a week and that those funds be distributed once a quarter to the players owed.

It was very fair considering at that rate it would take over 600 weeks to pay off his debt.

Bill will be contacting all the players on the list as to the next step.

We will now turn over all of the information we have to the players Costa Rican lawyer for legal pursuit and collection.

John, thanks for all your efforts.
Can you tell a little more about what the lawyer will try to accomplish, and how that's going to be funded?

      Breaker,
You guys will choose a single voice to speak for the group. I suggest the person that is owed the most be offered that assignment.

SBR will retain and pay a low 5 figure amount to a well connected Costa Rican law firm. We will turnover all the information we have gathered as well.

At that point, SBR will have no further involvement for a lot of reasons but the main one is we are not an owed player and have no standing. You will find CR law very different than US law but workable.

Your lawyer will then take it from here. I would suggest what legal actions you take are not publicly discussed but that will be up to the owed players to decide as will all decisions.

John, thanks for getting it started. You got some heart my man. I agree--the guy with the most owed should be the mouthpiece for the group--UNLESS he/she chooses not to be. If you disagree--speak up here quick. Faster we agree and move on this, the better chance of accomplishing anything meaningful.

If all else fails, another low 5 figure amount could be put to good use hiring something other than a lawyer. BADABING.

Good luck on ever seeing a penny. Not much a lawyer can do. Lenny already has multiple new websites under his roof. Cascade IMO will be taken offline very soon.

                I agree.

He can't even pay $3000 a week towards this debt. What a ****ing loser.

He will not get away with opening multiple websites like Tej and Pearson. But yes, we have heard that he will try.

We are also going to release the story to the mainstream press and in Costa Rica. Hopefully it will get picked up.

But you guys are right. When a guy becomes a complete stiff there is little hope of recovery. We can try to take what he owns and prevent him from stiffing more victims and just never stop chasing him.

Tomorrow the spreadsheet will notate if the balance holder wishes to proceed with the class or has opted out. Everyone on the spreadsheet who wishes to move forward with the group must confirm.

Does Lenny have any funds or is it a complete waste of money to pursue him?

Can't bookmakers be arrested for theft in CR?

Wheell he can persuaded to pay something if he wants to remain in the country.

Why have criminal charges not been filed? Will this be something the lead in the class action will be in charge of? Who has "standing" to file such charges?

It would almost be worth my part in this to see a JJ video starring Lenny and his new big tattooed Costa Rican boyfriend. Wonder if Lenny could "put out" 2 million worth before his sentence was up. By that time--he'd need a colostomy bag just to cross the street.
