    BoDog Credit Credit Card Verification
To verify a credit card or apply for a limit increase, please complete the agreement below:
    1. For each credit card, enter the account information and print the form.
    2. In the space provided at the bottom of the agreement, make an imprint of your credit card by placing the card under the printed form and very lightly rubbing a pencil over the top.
    3. Sign and date the bottom of the agreement.
    4. Fax the Credit Card Verification Agreement(s) along with:

photo copies of credit card and I.D.

Is this safe? I know I should black at my 3 digit verification number on the back of my card but should I black out anything else?

BTW I know what your thinking "why would you use bodog?". It was because it was on SBR's top list.

most books require you to verify your credit card and i did this with Bodog. i am pretty pleased with their service. either way they are going to get your verification number if you deposit using the card.

Completely safe and industry standard. Please feel free to give CS a call if you have any questions or concerns, and I'm always available by PM if you have any problems with the credit card verification process.

no it absolutely is not safe. in the future, try not to deposit with a cc.

books understand, but iron it out before the first deposit.

at the very most, dl with # and d.o.b. crossed out.

Everybook asks for this, if you do not want to send your info, do not make a deposit using your credit card.

Stay away from cc if you don't want to give up all your info, go with Western Union.
