Vent your wrath by all means ......... but not at IAS (or any other Australian bookmaker) over this issue

It is the over-the-top garbage imposed on them by the regulators

At least on the positive side of things, Australian bookmakers are the world's soundest financially

And at least in this country we are free to bet with online bookmakers anywhere in the world

I have made contact with Sportsbet Australia, which also is in the same group with IAS Bet. And they claimed that the adequacy of a conspiracy by a post-office, as merchants do it easier.

I think something's been lost in translation there?

As usual with the Aussie books the problem is people aren't used to dealing with regulated environments. I actually just opened another new one, and now I'm an Aussie resident the process is much quicker (edentiti), but whilst I sympathise with those going through the paper process, it simply has to be done to comply with Australian law.

If you dont want to send signed & certified I.D. then dont use the Aussie bookies, the terms & conditions are quite clear, although pedantic and a bit over the top, at the end of the day it is there for your protection. Stop whingeing and deal with it or leave them alone and go somewhere else.

My point of it all is that many do not even make their debt deposits here, if IAS Bet had been clear about this on their website. And I think they are not.
