i know yesterday i asked about LooseLines, but other than having to be offered an invitation to join, is heritage a good book? any experiences?

Been with them but just a short time, been a pleasant experience so far, gotta like the -107 vig's. Software very easy, but site shuts down every once in awhile

I have been with them for years. I can't even put it into words how they treat their customers. I have been given cash, free plays, gifts and you name it, I have gotten it. I am in no way a big player, I do not bet big amounts either. I am probably one of their smaller bettors. Their customer service is top notch, I have played with many books over the years and none even compare. I read about nightmares with other books and I have no worries at all with Heritage. I have made mistakes in the past, they take care of me no questions asked. I am treated with the utmost respect and I have never been told "No". I could go on and on but I know I am not the only one that experiences the excellence that Heritage has given me. You can guarantee that their wagering department and CS is monitored because they really are above and beyond everyone else. A lot of other books and businesses in general could learn a few things on how to treat people from them. They have probably the nicest guy in the business running their shop as well. A+ from me all around.

Customer service and payouts are great but they have bland lines,are bad for soccer and minor sports are non existant. Reminds me alot of betjamaica.

There has been numerous lines I wanted up for certain MMA or Soccer games. I kindly asked them if they could get me a line on the game so I could wager on it and they got it for me. They don't have a lot of what certain people like to play but they are good for the basics what a lot of people want. Customer Service is top notch if you ask me.

somehow i got in to heritage and so far glad i did. they have everything i want. minor issue being race book bets must be 2.00 min and close early. but a problem i can deal with. more than make up with it with their superb sports operation.

Its hit or miss...mostly misses on the last 2 attempts

I got a friend of mine an account there well over a year ago.I have called for 2 other guys & they said "not at this time"

There was another time-about 6 months ago that they said fine to a referral & after I spoke to my friend he never called them.

B+ from me, which is really good as I do grade conservatively. Only 2 experiences with thgeir customer service and both were above and beyond many others that I have dealt with over the years. Hope they stick around for the very long term.

Shoot if you make a mistake in a play they wil cancel it for you, no problems. They have some of the the best contest around.

Yep I hit the NBA contest twice, well I should say tied for first twice. Yea they are great, there was a time I was on a bad run with them and they gave me a free play just cause I lost so much, not sure any books will do that if you don't deposit same day.
