Holy shit! Does anyone play with this sportsbook? I made the mistake of signing up with them a while back. They call me EVERY day! I e-mailed them and told them to stop calling, and they won't. They even do this thing where they sync their number to match my area code, to try and trick me into answering.

Does anyone else have an account with them? How can I stop them from harassing me? I've NEVER experienced this with any sportsbook.

    Patrick: hello there
    Me: Why hello
    Patrick: how are you
    Me: Awful.
    Me: Anyhow, listen.
Me: You've called me SIX times this week. SIX.
Patrick: what can I help you with today?
Me: I know you're just trying to get some commission, but take me off your list.
    Patrick: only called three times
Me: And stop telling me in the voicemails that it's urgent.
Me: No other sportsbooks solicit at all.
Me: I e-mailed the last guy, Kyle, and told him to take me off the list and he stopped.
Patrick: when should we call you?? for football??
Me: No, never, there are 100s of legit books out there. You guys are the ones who call all day begging for business, and have even synced your phone number to my area code to try and trick me into answering.
Me: Why would I deposit with such a terrible book.
Patrick: we only call when we have a special promo going
Me: I'll use bookmaker or thegreek
Me: which is all the time
Me: promos with rollovers aren't "special"
Patrick: no problem, then we will keep calling trying to get you back
    Me: STOP CALLING.
Me: Are you a dick or just a moron?
Patrick: keep some $ in your account and that will stop the calls

By the way, I guess this is actually "YouWager.com." It is ranked as a B on this website. I didn't instigate this or anything. Has anyone had a positive experience with YouWager?

I know! I mean really, where did that come from? The only thing that happened in the chat before what I posted was that I asked to be transferred to Patrick. And my only other correspondance with this clown was, well, not answering my phone when he calls. This is the work of a "B" sportsbook?

I thought I was being fairly civil considering how much they've been calling. Another reason I love Heritage--they NEVER solicit customers for deposits.

                Scary Stuff

You're missing one thing. First Fidelity has horrible security and their employees will download the database and then go throughout Costa Rica selling the list and profiting from this and then all those people will non-stop contact you as well (although most will just email) These books are scary even just to sign up to get in to check to see if the lines or software is any good.

My advice ---> Make sure only to give your real phone# to reputable books and ALWAYS set up a dedicated email for just sportsbooks.

That is good advice, Frogger. I would like to hear from someone on SBR about this--how can this company be rated a "B" when they treat customers like this? Frogger, I assumed by the "B" rating on this site that they were in fact reputable.

Aside from their marketing, every experience I have had with this brand has been good.

If you pm me your account number there, I'll contact someone to get you removed from their call list.

Justin is correct, they are a fairley decent book outside the coldl calling. It drives me nuts too.

However they PAY FAST! and there bonus they offer is decent cause you may take out any money at any time above and beyond your deposit and bonus. No book will let you do that. All books that give a bonus make you complete your roll over prior to getting any money out.

They are a good solid B book.

BillyC, I agree with you and this is something SBR probably should look into for their ratings is how books market to their customers. The fact that they said they would call and hound unless u posted is WAY out of line and should not be even a "C" book material.

This is sloppy marketing. I have brought this to the attention of the GM.

The single most important factor in a book's rating is it's ability to pay players. Youwager's brand has NEVER had a problem on this. My group has had a large balance there, and I would have no problems posting up (although I don't believe I am welcome to play there).

Well kind of. But you at least get to play with the bonus funds, so it gives you a chance to win 10-20% more.

I signed up a couple years ago with them off a promo I got in the mail. They called for two weeks like crazy then it stopped. The only other ones I had call was bookmaker around football season calls like twice a week. And bet Phoenix once only they called.

****ing Richard calling me twice a day and leaving "urgent" voicemails. I called him back the other day after he left an urgent message and he told me that they are running a special promo right now as they are offering 15% - 30% free play bonuses on re-deposits. What a joke! I get 15% cash re-ups at BetJamaica and don't have to worry about my money when I deposit there.
