I´m so sick with fuggin Phoenix
nicole: ok great give me just a moment
    christof: sure
    nicole: the fee is $50
nicole: the payout has been requested
nicole: Is there anything else that I can assist you with?
christof: I guess the fee is $20
    christof: why $50?
nicole: the normal charge is $50
nicole: but we will process it for $20
    christof: crazy enough again
nicole: can i be of any further assistance?
christof: Phoenix do what they want , right?
    christof: $20 is ok
nicole: correct we will process it with $20 fee
    christof: thats nice
christof: next time its $200 I guess or what?
nicole: im sorry can you explain $200 for?
christof: I was wondering why Phoenix always change their rules for no meaning
nicole: if this for the $50 fee, we are making an exception with you
nicole: charging you just $20 fee
    nicole: the normal is $50
christof: $20 thats what stated in your rules honey
    christof: whats wrong with Poenix?
nicole: the rules are always the same
christof: the same means $20 and max $4000 every 7 days
nicole: Depending the processor the fee is different, but yes is a max $4000 payout every 7 days
nicole: Is there anything else that I can assist you with?
christof: I´m glad to get my money via bankwire, you failed to pay me via moneybookers
christof: no, everything is ok, goodnight honey
    nicole: good night

It changes depending on which rep you get. Almost never the same answer twice

I lost what are you gripping about. So you requested a withdrawal, and instead of having them charge you $50 they charge you $20. And you find it bad? Or did they stop the one freepay out per month?

Anyways I can confirm that payouts has always been:
      - $50 per $2000 via check
      - Max $4000 per week
      - 1 free payout per week
      - Transfer with other book was $20 up to $4k

Anyways thanks, I might ask them to see can I get a discount withdrawal next time.

            Hhm blix.

Ok, I guess it was my fault you don´t understand what I mean.

            Lets try to explain:

I deposited $21.000 via moneybookers to phoenix. I lost all my money.

With my last last deposit of $5000 I win $14000 or something

Phoenix needs 3 weeks for a fugging payout of $4000.

Then they limited me to max $250 stakes.

All I want is to get paid.

What rule are you talking about? I always deposit 1-2k in there when I am dry. At my peak I had $20k in there. Always been told there was a $4k max payout per week.

As for 3 weeks for a payout I am guessing your doing moneybooker. I use checks and it comes in 3 days. Downside is their payout department are normally closed on the weekend. Other than that I never had a problem.

it should be clear and fixxed for fees or anything else. is it $50 or $20. this time $20. how about next time. how about for someone else. $50 or $20.

now i see the another problems. if you are down a few thousand and then you have to butt heads for a small portion at a time with fess every time you withdraw. well those are the rules but you are still down and can't get your money out fast enough. gets very fustrating fast.

It is $50 each time and this time they offer you a discount, instead of $50 they give it for $20. I mean if it is confusing by all mean ask them to stay at $50. I am sure they wont have a problem with that.

As for max withdrawal $4k a week is bad. Don't deposit that much there. I mean if you do don't retroactively get piss because of it.

Great advice. Although it's not possible at all books.

Thought the free payout was limited to regular mail check only..all other methods cost.

They did at one time have a method of transferring to the big 3 banks for free (BOA, Chase, Citi?) but it dissapeared.

AFAIK, they do still have one free check/money order payout per month (max $2000).

It may come regular mail, but my last one took about a week. If a book can get it to me via regular mail in a week, I don't blame them for saving in fedex fees, it's good business. The extra 5 days certainly doesn't affect me.

                                      Just my take.
