Is this right? I made a parlay bet early today. The first half was Twent on the ML which won. The second half was Arizona to beat Pittsburgh. There was a pitching change I didn't realize until I started watching the game after a few innings. When I made the bet, I just click on the team and click submit. I don't click actio or listed pitchers because my default position is listed pitchers. So, if I don't indicate otherwise, that means I want listed pitchers always. Otherwise, the default position is meaningless. The people at customer service didn't want to hear that arguyment although there was no logical counterargument. I guess I'm just screwed on this one?

What do you mean? I went on their live chat and then called customer service. That was a big waste of time. The guy didn't even listen to me. He allegeldy put me on hold to talk to his supervisor and then 5 seconds later he's back telling me there's nothing he can do. The DMV must outsource their customer service department to BetPhoenix.

When wagering on run lines, game totals, or team totals, both listed (advertised) pitchers must start, otherwise there is "No Action" or "Push/Cancel" on straight wagers, and parlays drop to the next lower level"
If there really was no chance for you to choose listed/action/any other setting then they should obviously no action that part of your parlay.Comment -

But this one is probably a loophole for them:
"Every Baseball line-part (FG 1st 5 Innings) except for the Full Game Money Line is ALWAYS LISTED PITCHERS
Baseball wagers will be accepted in the following manner:
Action: Team against team, regardless of the starting pitcher. "Action" bets will be adjusted to the new openening line with the new pitcher, the risk remains the same. A pitcher is considered a starting pitcher after throwing one pitch.
One specified pitcher: A wager on a specific pitcher can be the pitcher for the same team the customer’s betting, or the other team’s pitcher.
Listed pitchers: A wager that specifies both starting pitchers as advertised. If the starting pitchers are not the ones listed on our betting display board and/or your ticket, your bet will be graded as "no action"."
So it isn't "always" listed pitchers on moneyline? I haven't had a baseball bet with them since last year so I don't really remember, and there were no bases lines up so I could test it out either. I don't know if the rule "in the following manner" means that your default is Action, then one specified pitcher, then LP.
Hopefully someone will listen to you eventually. But they really should have a box where you can choose what you want, if they don't have that on parlays.Comment -
Thanks Chopstix. The person on the live chat customer service already confirmed that the default is listed pitchers so unless I specifically chose action, which I didn't, that shouldn't be an issue. It's just a matter now of why they won't cancel that part of my parlay and I haven't been given a good answer for that.Comment -
