Delaware has some sportsbetting. Two other states are grandfathered in to be able to offer sportsbetting. Oregon and Montana I believe.

yeah Atlantic City would love to offer sports but the NFL and other leagues threaten to sue or or boycott any state that even mentions sportsbetting lately.

It's not fair that vegas is taking all the action. Seems like a monopoly.

Casino Boats in Florida have small time bookie operations. And they pay some zit face kid to print the lines and he has lines that are 3 or 4 hours old. ha ha. And I beat them several times with steam moves on west coast college hoops. A big one was a year or two ago, they had St. Mary's -9.5 over Pacific and the line went to -11.5 and they still had 9' so I hit em for 550. Then went and lost it all on Blackjack and a speeding ticket later in the night. Haha LOL

Prove that. Where did you dream up that number? Less than 1%? Give me a break. Show me the proof. I personally know of cartels that go through Vegas that make their wagers. The group I am involved with makes wagers on certain games that are MORE than 1% of the wagers made on all the offshore books, and we are just one of many groups.

83 million was wagered on the Superbowl in Vegas, and you are trying to claim that 83 million is less than 1% of the total wagered? Do the math whiz. It figures out to 8.3 BILLION having to have been wagered on off shore books. Get serious.

I think the ball is rolling, though. The rampant success that New York is seeing with the Racino in Yonkers has led to more mentions in the press. Remember, Rockefeller nearly had a casino approved in New York if not for the goddamn church.

                                        here you go, chief.

Overall, Nevada's legal sports wagering represents less than 1 percent of all sports betting nationwide. In 2009, $2.57 billion was legally wagered in Nevada's sports books; the National Gambling Impact Study Commission (NGISC) estimated that illegal wagers are as much as $380 billion annually.
