    Moneygram Question
I never made a withdrawl via this method, could someone please explain to me how this works. I assume it works like a western union and that I go pick up the money at a location that services moneygram...Does the clerk there ever ask questions reguarding the money???

    Thanks

Some places give you cash and some dont I have never been asked questions except for when sending you might want to avoid Walmart .I always go to CVS instead of cash they always give you a moneyorder theirs a red phone in all of them you pick it up and it auto dials moneygram then it confirms the details of the payment. Write all of that on that little slip and give it to the clerk usually books are very quick with these payments 8 hours or less.Njoy

They will cash up to 500 and then give you the difference in a money order. to avoid having the manager and such called over just tell the clerk that you dont need any of it cashed. Theyll then just give you a money order for the total amount. There instructed to always cash 500 and do a money order for the rest. To cash the 500 they then have to call a manager over cause at small stores like cvs they dont have 500 in the registers and it hold up the line people look at u weird.

Never had an issue at Walmart with deposits or withdrawals with Moneygram. No questions asked, nothing. Made four ** withdrawals last month (two at one Walmart, two at another), no problems. Was able to get $700 in cash for a withdrawal, and did $750+ for a deposit, no questions asked or anything. All depends on where you are and what clerks you might have, I suppose.

Definitely prefer ** over **, both online and in person. Only cost me $10 for the $750+ deposit, and it would've been a ton more if I'd done it Western Union. Moneygram's phone CS is also much better too, and the online MGs are done and ready in minutes as well (and less expensive than Western Union). Love ** as a deposit and withdrawal method, for sure.

Shouldn't be an issue about the sender phone number either. I never provide one when I'm withdrawing, and it's no problem. Different clerks, different issues, as I said.
