Betphoenix is slow as molasses !!!

I requested a payout Thursday of last week for the max of 4,000 which is ridiculously low, and they have not yet given me a tracking nummber to follow this check. I'm pretty confindent they will pay me, but they are really slow and it seems ever since I been winning with them. I have been treated differently through Customer Service.

They send by regular mail(priority),I had one get lost.Had to call them to get tracking # and then trace it myself.After sending proof it was lost,got a moneygram.Don't just wait like I did and get more pissed daily,call now.

Happy to say I got 6 different Money Orders in one envelope totaling 4,000 through ** & ** today via priority mail with signature required.

I have to disagree with that I ordered a Moneygram Friday morning and picked it up from CVS 8 hours later really fast.Good choice taaking some profits because it will get log jam soon when the tourney ends

Nothing wrong with this book. Sometimes a Thursday payout may not get handled until Monday. Nothing unusual, a little slow but nothing to get crazy about. Unless, of course, it's my money.

Now here's another blunder story for this book. Ok so I finally say "fvck it" I'll try them again but with their sister site WagerChief because when I spoke to them through online chat. They promised me a 125% FP for 100 dollar deposit and or 100% FP for a 300 dollar deposit ,and this was after I already explained to them that I took a bonus from Betphoenix which bankroll was paid out or lost. They proceeded to tell me I am eligible for this promotion still. So I send the deposit and go to the chat log on WagerChief to set up my bonus and for some reason they credited my BP acct instead of my WC acct and will not grant me a FP due to the fact that I am up on them. I kind of knew this already, but "Terry" from WagerChief told me otherwise and tricked me into a deposit I didn't want to make minus the FP. So anyways this is the final and last deposit I will ever make with this whole company because I am getting the same vibe that I did from sportsbook.com and all their grimey sister sites. Their liars and they slow pay, but it does seem like they do actually pay unlike the sportsbook.com family who stiffed me for 18K. I can answer that question for you Beat the Jerk when you speak to those people at the Betphoenix brands the live chat is connected so if you spoke to a betphoenix rep last your Betphoenix account would be auto saved into the chat .Ok lets say you come back and talk to a employee at Wager CHief they will see your Phoenix account number and any promotion you ask for they will credit it to that account#happened to me with the free $64 promotion

I have never received a payout from them for which I didn't have to make at least 3 requests before my account was charged and the payout processed. On the positive side, once processed all payouts were received expeditiously. My balance is currently at <$1, and I will not reload. Too many problems, which I would probably overlook if they offered a reduced juice baseball line.

Conversely, I've never had a single issue or hassle with Matchbook, so they will remain my primary book for baseball and everything else.

In their ssyster site SPorts-1 they offered me MoneyGram and WesternUNion which was processed fast for 1 days,but it wasnt my choice and they just told me that i should cashout via this method.

You are right! When I win they treated me differently through Customer Service. I have request a check last Monday, April 26 and I don't have tracking money. This sportsbook is expecting you to win less then they pay fast. If you win a lot they will slow down your payout and waiting for you to play more and loose $$ !!! I hope I will get my money!!!
