Dual citizenship can I still play
If I live in the US and want to play on a book who doesn't accept US player but I also have a citizenship to another country that is allowed to play would the books allowed this.

I have not seen a topic about this yet so some information about this issue would be great. I would also like to know if moneybookers would allowed this or any other processor.

it isn't your citizenship , it is where you are a permanet resident, where you live when you make the wagers

I've e-mailed Pinnacle & BetFair about this, and they both said Americans can play at their book. They just don't want you wagering from the US. However, they will want you to verify your address, which means you need a utility bill from your foreign address. I have never tried this, but you can e-mail them to make sure.

Don't try to access your accounts (pinnacle, betfair, moneybookers etc) from the US unless you are masking the IP address.

it is all about the IP adress.

Isn't it possible they accuse you of using multiple accounts if you use a proxy?

If you have an actual address outside of the US, then the hard part is done. Keep a computer on and internet connected at that address. Then use a program like LogMeIn to remotely control your foreign computer from the States. Then you won't have any IP problems. With LogMeIn, you can also remotely control that computer with an IPhone, which is very convenient. The only question I haven't researched is whether LogMeIn will work internationally. I don't think that would be a problem, though.

I've heard of punters being closed down permanently at Betfair for using masking techniques.

I'm not at all technically competent in these areas so don't know how but my information is that Betfair have very sophisticated means of identifying illegal access and police it very strictly. They will do everything in their power to avoid the anti-Betfair forces showing up with evidence of any breach of local laws and putting at risk their chances of obtaining licences to operate.
