Best bonus I've seen is BetDOS, 200% freeplay (approximately 100% cash). Some people have reported getting paid by them. I know you don't care about that, but if you go on a heater and run up a high balance over there, you may have a problem.

Wagerweb is offering a 64% freeplay now. If you are sharp, don't bother with them. Some have bad experiences others have good experiences. I have had a good one for the past 3 years of steady play.

BetPhoenix and WagerChief also have some goodies going on.

How is 5 Dimes bonus good? You don't even get it up front. I don't deny they are a great book, but good bonus?
