Phoenix special way to slowpay players

There's a 4K limit every 7 days. And, as you can see in the chat, the guy is making a huge deal about a slight difference between the day he requested the withdrawal and the day it was processed; even going so far as wondering why Dozer and SBR aren't coming to his aid.

The only reason he keeps bumping this thread is his silly need to get even. A crybaby of the worst kind.

Ironic. As I did the exact same thing with Bookmaker. They changed their policies to be more clear and now I'm MSN buddies with one of the managers there. Apparently, expecting "clear verbiage" makes you a "crybaby of the worst kind".

You need to reread what is going on. If he were getting 4k every 7days this would be fine. However this is not what's happening. They are measuring the 7 days not from the time of the last request but from the time the withdrawal is processed.

This adds up when one has a large balance to withdraw.

The main problem in this case is that Phoenix operating against their own rules . It´s very sad SBR isn´t interested in this slowpay.

Phoenix is an incomplete book no poker room and what are these people waiting on I am thinking they dont have enough money to fund those ventures.They keep calling for deposits people are hitting Phoenix hard.

I have send three complaints to Bill Dozer. He answered one. Since them... nothing.
SBR is very interested in every slow play complaint against mickey mouse books like stryyke.
But when it comes to slow pay complaints against advertising books like Phoenix, SBR is not interested.
That´s very disapointing.

I agree that Phoenix are taking the piss with ewallets and that they should better themselves if they want to be a contender in this business, but there is a difference between phoenix slowpaying to ewallets and Stryyke not paying through any method at all.

I am sure you have been offered alternate methods. I know it is not great at all but at least you would get your money.
