#38People should stop making up stories to defend this book.
Your money isn't safe there, if that isn't obvious by now noone can help you...
When i read that they are no different to the "big boys" i could laugh my A$$ off.
Yes you have to get passed clueless CS dorks sometimes at Bookmaker etc, but...you would get your money out there in no time if you are willing to pay some fees. That is totally different to BetPhx, where you have no damn choice but to hope that you will get your money out slowly but steady, before the whole corrupted system completely breaks down and everyone gets stiffed.Comment -

#40I haven't looked around, but are Moneybookers payouts still taking a couple of weeks or more? Be it Canadian customer (like myself) American, wherever? I was very active at Phoenix towards the end of last year and would consider playing there come MLB season, but there is absolutely no way in hell I can deposit into a place where it's half a month or more to process my withdrawal, not when I'm using Pinnacle, Greek, Betfair, etc. where it's a few hours at most.Comment -

#42My balance at Phoenix is $21.000
I deposited $20.300.
So I´m up $700 and that´s enough reason for them to limit me to $250.
I asked them for a withdrawal of $4.000 and they told me I can ask for this every 3 weeks.
That means it took 5 month to withdraw my money.
That´s what I called a "slow pay"

Paula: Welcome, how may I assist you?
I: hello, I please want to request a withdrawal of $4000 to my moneybookers account
Paula: one moment please let me check your account
I: ok
Paula: thank you for holding
Paula: for how much would you like the request
I: $4000
Paula: thank you sir i will place the request
I: thank you
Paula: your welcome
I: I guess the payout took 2 weeks or so, isn´t it?
Paula: it takes around 7 to 10 business days
I: that means I can request the next payout in 3 weeks
Paula: yes
I: thats funny
I: but ok, thanks
Paula: your welcome
I'd love to take your side but these posts are getting more and more ridiculous every day. Most of the complaints against BP don't past the sniff test. I don't know what the reality is for the other guys, but I've never had any problem outside of using the site/website issues.Comment -

#43Isnt moneybookers instant like neteller used to be, Im in US so I cant use it but I dont understand why it would take 4 weeks to process an instant payout?
I like BetPhoenix and have received a fast payout from them and have good experience with them but they got to shore up some of these problems and if they do and are as well funded as has been mentioned on SBR a 100x then they should return to A rating, now honestly they could be bankrupt for all I know but many on here that claim to be in the know say theyre very well fundedComment -

#44I have a hard time taking this post at face value. I guarantee you this is another story where you simply don't have all the facts. Check the posted withdrawal policies and compare them to what they are actually confirming and doing. This sounds more like a misunderstanding between CS and the bettor. You are talking moneybookers, and the rest of the conversation is unclear as to what is actually being confirmed. Yes, you can request another payout in 3 weeks, sooner or not is not confirmed.

So 6+8 days = 14 days. I guess this is easy (but crazy) math.
Phoenix told me withdrawals take up to 10 days. So 10+8 = 18 days.
That means you have to wait 18 days before you can request your next withdrawal. Thats what their customer service told me.
I think they give a shit about their own rules, and I looks like that even Richard dont know Phoenix rules. Crazy bookComment -

#50Richard is a real good guy and is good for business but he doesnt realize the shit some of his account managers pull and its costing him alot of business. He needs to stop the bleeding somehow. He can make it work because he is a classy manager but he needs to realize that the relationships he is building are being torn apart by the idiots that we have to deal with. I quit playing there until the dust settles.Comment -

Because there are a much wider range of books to choose from, a higher proportion of pros/sharps will find there way to the US facing books. I dare say that 90% of ´recreational bettors´ in Europe have never heard of BetPhoenix.Comment -

#59Update:
With the very helpfull help of Bill Dozer and Richard, Phoenix payd me after 6 days.
But the main problem with this book is still the same.
11 days after my last payout request I asked for the next payout and still the same crap as always with this book

Cynthia: I see we processed a payout of $4000 on the 8th, that is the maximum payout in a 7 day period
I: thats bullshit, your own rule states $4000 every 7 days
I: I requested the withdrawal 11 days ago
I: even richard denied this bullshit rule
I: Is it my problem phoenix needs weeks to pay?
Cynthia: I can take the request, but as you said our site does state that the maximum payout in a 7 day period is $4000
I: yes, but my last payout request was 11 days ago
Cynthia: can you confirm your email with moneybookers please
I: ....
I: the 7 day period is over after 11 days, isn´t it?
Cynthia: the 7 days count from the time the payout was processed
I: that´s bullshit sorry
Nothing happens. Still the same bullshit with this book.

And Darkhorse, you really should take your bullshit elsewhere...you always do that...players have the right to get upset at crap books like Betphx, even if it doesn't help. This is a players forum, if you want to defend crap books you have no business here.Comment -
