I have played at just about every book out there through the years and after the dust settled I am back home with BetJamaica and wondered why I ever left. Scotty gave me a welcome back that was more than I expected. He even remembered personal conversations that we had that he reminded me of and we had a good laugh. For him to remember me out of thousands of customers and ask to personally speak to me when I called to come back shows what kind of manager he really is. I would like to say that after all the books I ever played with they are like the high school girlfriend you wish you never broke up with. I have put together a list of all the books I have played with and a little info about each from my experiences:
SBG Global- The first book I ever played with 17 years ago and will never go there again. The salesman was good but the 900 payout took 3 months.
Sportfanatik- These jerks will do anything to get the deposit and give every reason in the world to not send the payout and when it did come it was 2 months later.
SportsGambling.com- I played with guys a year or so and they were not bad even though they had a low grade. Service was average and payouts were pretty quick but nothing like BetJam ov VIP.com
BetCris- This book was good for lines and payouts were quick but the service sucks. They act like you owe them something for playing there.
Credit Wagering.com-There sales and service is good but payouts and wagering options suck.
The Greek-This was my personal favorite for a long time for wagering but the bonuses are not too good. I guess when you are the best you dont have to offer big bonuses because you do everything else perfect.
VIP.com-This book was a SBR Grade A book when I started playing there and they are pretty darn good. They sent free gifts such as folding chairs,shirts,and a $200 watch I still wear everyday. Lately bonuses have gone to shit and they dont accept US players anymore but still a solid book in my stable.
Bodog-I call this book Blowdog because the are good at nothing except getting credit cards processed. Service sucks,payouts suck.and wagering options suck even worse.
BetPhoenix,BetMania,WagerChief- I played at this group of books for the last year and Richard is a great manager but he needs to be cloned. I have had numerous problems over the last year that he has corrected. The last problem was a few wagers taken on a hand ticket by my acct manager that he refused to payout on that resulted in me going back to BetJamaica where there are no problems. If you take the bet pay if you lose. In my opinion they got too big to quick and cant handle the business. Richard,Sylvia,Cynthia,and Larry are the bright spots here if you must play here and it will go good for a while but will eventually bite you too. Also bonuses are great here. I got 100% cash bonus for over a year.
BetOnline.com-I have used BetOnline as a backup book this year and they have pretty good wagering options and average service but dont play here if you shop for bonuses because the bonus is never the same from day to day. Payouts are also quick.
WagerHub-I have been using this book for a little while since the free promo. Chuck and Tom give excelent service and the bonuses are pretty dang good. I have heard a few bad thing from other players on SBR but it seems they were breaking the rules and deserved what they got. Cheaters never win in the end. This book also pays within 48 hours via Moneygram but usually the same day.
Carib Sports-Pretty decent book all the way around but somehow got a B from SBR and Covers. Good service and pretty fasy payouts.
WagerStreet-Not a bad book and is owned by The Greek like BetJamaica. They are in the same building with BetJam but not in the same class. Wagering options and payouts are pretty good but the female manager there is usually on the rag.
BetJamaica-I wish I had never left this book but now I am back and will never leave again. Scotty,Herman,and Shayla are first class managers and there are never problems there. Great wagering options,lightning fast payouts, and pretty dang good service. Why play anywhere else? Its all under one roof here. If you need it just ask for it.
I hope this list will save at least 1 player a little heartbreak and maybe some cash.
