Anyone have a list of these establishments. Or at least a couple of books that take them.

Don't have list but I know Greek and Jamaica accept and treat it like cash, meaning no delays on withdrawals or deposits, best outs for use of the card IMO, good day

Yeah, you still have to fax or scan them a current utility bill once. When that's set, there's no holding period in when you can request a withdrawal. Unlike a reqular CC, which has a two week holding period.

So I just got off the phone with these clowns. My ******** bank doesn't have an international BIC code so no EFT/Bank Wire. Had to settle for a courier check. A $40 processing fee for a courier check! On a $300 payout, that's a new definition of "juice". Again F*&K BetUS! Good luck to all...

I can tell you which book doesn't accept ******** cards, BetUS! Those douches would much rather charge you $40 for a courier check...
