My last withdrawal check from them about a month ago bounced (small check too, just a couple hundred dollars). Took about 3 weeks (and dozens of asinine cut and paste e-mails from their incompetent CS) for them to finally credit my account with the money. I'm currently waiting on the second check.

I made a huge stink about them paying me back for the fees charged by my bank and surprisingly they did credit me for that too.

I will say that I have never had problems in the past getting paid. I joined there a long time ago before I knew any better and as someone who only makes small sports bets I've been fairly happy with them, but I'm thinking of going elsewhere just because of their CS. I seriously want to punch my monitor every time they send me an e-mail

I understand staying with a book you started with (Bodog for me) but make the jump to one of the A+ books, you'll be glad you did.

I'm a small-timer and didn't think it was worth the trouble sending in all the IDs and utility bills somewhere else since I had never really had any problems with sportsbook. 5dimes will be the place I go whever I get around to it.

I received 3 payouts in the last 6 months from them and although slow they all went through, regardless I left this book because of poor customer service, lack of promotional benefits, and them not taking wagers on games that had not started yet. This is a poor book and there are much better books out there to deal with.
