everything there is good. if you do run into a small problem it will be handled better there than anywhere. they are generous to a fault to customers,who run into minor cliches. had 1 payout took days to get my check. asked for a withdrawl today. sure i will have it early next week. jon(manager) is great. you will like this place.

Nothing but good words to say about Wagerchief, never had a problem and the CS is very good, they look after their customers well and their free withdrawal once a month policy is a nice perk.

WagerChief is a sister book to BetPhoenix and BetMania and both of those books are having tons of complaints right now. I was a big fan of Phoenix forever and always took up for them but I am just getting tired of all the problems. Richard always comes to the rescue and makes it right but why cant the other guys just stop all the shit. My account manager stiffed me on 3 wagers he took on a hand ticket and doesnt want to grade them until Richard makes him so I am playing elsewhere until it is done.

Their customer service has been the best out of all the Phoenix brands. Manager Jon was a class act when I playd there a few months agp. It was only with contest win $150 from SBR, but I managed to turn it into $400 or so. He offered me free payout by any method I wanted and it was processed very fast. I will likely deposit a bit here in the future, unless Phoenix keeps having problems with moneybookers payouts. I just redeemed $250 freeplay there with SBR points yesterday. Might have small amount to play with here soon if I manage to win the freeplay.

I understand your question we were a small book mostly for our credit packages and trying to target post up clients , when Phoenix partnered up with us we always paid everyone SBR can stand for this .

We offer free half points , good reloads ( we are the only book with free half points and 50% FP bonus and up ) Free payouts via any method for SBR posters including same day moneygrams ( no other book does that ) .

And last but not least I strive to give the best service out there for all of our players.

Pending...Waiting to see how they handle that contest snafu they had. Contest ended yesterday. They made a mistake. Fair enough...And now they can fix it quite easily w/o making anyone mad.
