Your username and password show up in the URL when you log in. Can't imagine that could ever cause any security problems....

It may have been A-. I think BetOnline also had an A rating a year ago when I signed up with them and they're B+ now.

I believe the OP, Betphoenix should be used when you have built in backup, like FP's sponsered by SBR. I hate to say that in public but its the truth, who sends money to a book with a daily complaint when there are so many other choices with less complaints?

I just got the runaround from their manager.

Him: "We like having you as a customer and we want to do everything we can to help you, but think about it from the casino's perspective if everyone who loses comes back and says they didn't lose"
Me: "I understand that but I'm saying I didn't log in, I've never played in your casino, and you can verify that I only bet NBA sides by going through the account history. Also, if you could get me the IP addresses of who logged in and played at the Casino, I can do my own research and see where they originated from."
Him: "But you understand that if the IP originated from somewhere else, you could just call your friend there and tell him go play roulette and if you win, that's good, and if not, I'll just call up the book and tell them that it wasn't me and not lose anything"
Me: "That's great but I didn't do that. If you could just get me the IP addresses so that I could do my own research and see where they originated from, I'd appreciate that."
Him: "Let me call you back in 5 minutes"

That was 10 minutes ago.

Let BP investigate and give their side........ and if it isn't to your liking, file with SBR and let them take a look.

Richard is out of country til next week, but I'm hopeful this gets resolved quickly.

Your screenshot shows $4586.00 WON in the casino on 7Feb, with your weekly summary being up $4207.35 for the week.

Is BP saying money was lost in the casino as well?

Did you ask them how do they get to the current balance of $98.65?

Is there anything in your transaction history showing how it comes all the way down to $98.65?

They said I "lost" it in the casino playing roulette but it doesn't show that anywhere on the site. I posted additional screenshots of this weeks play and history.

The new screenshots are from the transactions menu, and this week's weekly summary. I asked how they got the 98.65 number, and for a record of every play on roulette and they just keep saying they'll call me back.

They say I "won" money then "lost" it all so that I only have 98.65 left. Only, nowhere in the account does it actually show losing it.

Also, the last 4 NBA bets I lost don't seem to show up correctly on the transactions page.

Looks like I am having the same problem with the original poster. I had a request of $3000 US withdrawal through Moneybooker. The withdrawal was cancelled without my consent and now my balance is 0.

I just sent them a referral a couple days ago and the account was stolen from the account manager I sent it to. I followed up and he got the account changed to his number and I got no referrel bonus or anything. In fact he screwed me on a couple wagers he took on a manual ticket and is trying to not give me the winnings until Richard gets back and approves it. I like Richard and thats why I have hung around but these other employees are killing the relationships Richie is building.

I haven't read anything that would signal a major meltdown for BetPhoenix. Most complaints I read about them are small and fixed almost immediately. They are a young book, ironing out the kinks. As long as they are paying people and in a timely manner....and as far as moneybookers goes, that doesn't affect me or anyone else in America that doesn't use foreign IPs and all that. And BP is a US catering book. I have read about moneybooker problems from so many books its not funny. Maybe the problem is moneybookers.

As for this account disappearing thing. The exact same thing has happened to me at matchbook so many times I can't count. I just wait and it is fixed within the day every time. If I needed to bet immediately I simply called them and they fixed it. Its a software glitch guys.

His name was Carlos and he was the casino manager at extension 214. He was actually really nice and after the initial runarounds from their other staff and them telling me I'd get calls, he returned both calls when he said he would.
