5dimes CC Processor down

Anybody else try to deposit recently and was told this? will it be resolved soon? CS told me they don't have a time estimate for when it will be back. this sucks for superbowl weekend.

I am going to deposit with them tonight with ** but not by CC .It is to difficult to get money out when you use a CC with these books I dont have time to fax copy scan and send all of my cards with forms in.

Have you asked them in the live chat how long they will be down .I remember their ********** processor went down for a week.You might have to end up doing a ** deposit

Might not be a coincidence. Heading into the Super Bowl is when any money transfer method has more risk. The magnifying glass gets bigger out there. Get those reloads in early.

If so then I can't see CC lasting as a functioning funding method to a book like 5Dimes. Maybe a smaller book can hide their operation for a while, but it would be harder for a giant like 5Dimes to do it.
