The betnow promo got me where they offer a good bonus on initial deposit. I deposited about $900 and came with a huge rollover of like $18000 and I was limited to $200 bets which I did not know I was going to. I just completed this very long rollover I cant believe I actually won for once. I did not think I was going to be able to win that many bets. What is funny is that whenever I had a rollover the page for payout was visible and it would say that i still had a rollover balance. But as soon as the rollover balance was gone the payout page dissapeared. Very strange. I called and put me on hold. Guy said management will be reviewing my account and that I should be able to get a payout in 48-72 hours. Is this true guys? I havent seen anyone with the same issue as me where the payout page is gone.

If they havent asked for ID, then I would guess they are looking through your bets to see if there are any they can invalidate.

Yeah I already completed their ID verification with my license first day I made the account and deposit. I hope they pull through and keep their word. It has been a shady experience though. They completely took off my ability to live bet. I was getting so lucky on live bets and they took it off.Comment -
I've said this 100+ times over the years and understand you may not agree with me about this, as many others have not, but asking a bookmaker to verify your ID before they ask you for it is a pretty sure way to get your account flagged to be checked before payout.
And might be why it sounds like your account was set to lock cashier as soon as it became available..Comment -
Oh okay I was not aware. I wanted to make sure they were legit so I had read in their rules that I must be verified to get paid thats why I did so. Also because I had a friend who did not verify first thing and they slow payed his payout on a different book though. I understand what you are saying though, makes sense. I would not stress too much if you know you are just a regular bettor and not up to any tricks. They don't have a bad name for finding reasons to not pay.
Just about every offshore is going to review your account at some point. Usually first payout. So you're going to end up with a slower first payment than expected at a lot of books..Comment -
