All Bettorsden Payout Delay Issues

Has anyone had any issues receiving payouts on time with Bettor's Den? It looks like their operation is very new but they claim to be associated with 5 Dimes in the sense that their staff all came from that sportsbook. (So they say)

I submitted a $2000 Bitcoin payout right after the Chiefs/Bills game concluded (which was 2 days ago) and they still have not sent my Bitcoin payout. I completed my rollover so that is not an issue. They are telling me my payout request hasn't even been reviewed and that they go in order of when their payout requests come in.

They claim to have a 24-48 hour window to send bitcoin payouts once the request has been made...which has now been exceeded. Tomorrow will be 72 hours without payment. For a sportsbook as small as theirs with the limited number of customers they must have, I find this excuse hard to believe. When I go on chat, they tell me I just need to wait longer.

Do I need to worry? Has anyone else had issues with delayed payments with this unproven sportsbook?

What has your action been like? Any chance they're looking through hundreds of your bets on stale lines, looking for an excuse to shut you down?

Not at all. I've made a handful of straight wagers, some live bets. Then completed my rollover on the Chiefs ML and decided to payout. I told them on chat that I am going to be making this post letting everyone know of the delayed BTC payout and that I would provide updates on here each day until I'm paid.

I'm hoping that gets them moving on sending my payout.

Will do. I'll provide updates each day. Bettor's Den is aware of this post on the delayed payment so I will certainly provide updates until they pay. They claim to be a reputable book so we will see.

as it sounds like it's your first payout with them: is your account verified already? They normally require some documents and a phone call before the first payout.

UPDATE: As of this morning I received an email response from Bettors Den saying that they are closing my account! This is my first payout with them and my account is fully verified. The moment I won betting on the Chiefs/Bills game, they decide to close my account. I made 3 deposits with Bettors Den sending money with Cashapp for a total of $3000 and the moment I actually win, they close my account and refuse to pay me.

This is robbery. I need help. Can Sportsbook review please reach out to this company on my behalf to recover my funds? I had a balance of $2000 in the account.

How much did you even win? 500>2000 or so? And no funny business?

If there is no multiaccounting/obvious red flags, this *is* robbery. But normally a sportsbook doesn't just do this for 2k. Sorry you're probably a scammer.

How am I a scammer? I sent money to them through Cashapp fair and square! This is the only account I've ever had with them. Stop speaking out of your A$$ like you know what's going on. The scam is signing up with this brandnew sportsbook and expecting them to pay me once I actually completed my rollover and won.

They should have provided you with a reason for closing the account.
I've been paid by them before, and on the BMR forum, there's not a single review that mentions non-payment.
I'm not accusing you of anything, but we just need more details to confirm whether this is true.

I just received a 9k payout from them on Sunday and that was the second payout I received from them. I highly doubt they are scamming you for 2k.

DISREGARD: There was an error made that was corrected and I was paid my balance in my account today after speaking with the customer service manager. This is a legit book.

Sorry. I can't do much for you with them. SBR can't directly mediate for non US/CA licensed books and I don't have any direct contact in there to help you with as they came about after I stopped dealing with offshore books.

If no on else has replied to say they have had a slow pay issue by now, I'd think it's not widespread.

Appreciate the reply, thanks for being straight with me, totally understand you can't escalate with them.

Just trying to document what's going on in case others run into the same issue.Hoping it's just a delay and not something worse. I'll update if/when I get paid.

Thanks for sharing that, Sounds like this might be bigger than they're letting on. If he's on 2 weeks in with the same "queue" excuses, that's not normal.

I'll definitely keep this updated if anything moves on my end, but its looking more & more like they're stalling across the board.

Reported elsewhere that some have received payouts finally.

Coincidentally - a new promo email went out today offering another big bonus.

The warning signal should have been the moment they cut dime lines on bases and restricted that to their “reduced juice” offering of $500.

They likely are in a slow period with limited money coming in - I doubt it will continue throughout football season UNLESS faves have another incredible run and the public wins solidly the first month or so. I also would be very cautious in using them right now. Last time I played there would have been late May and they paid - took 2 or 3 days from memory - but paid low 5 figures. They were a breath of fresh air offering decent pricing / high limits and solid payouts. I’d hate to see them go - but when I begin using them again it will be on a short leash and only after football starts and the cash flow picks up. Right now baseball players have no reason to fund accounts there and it’s undoubtedly hurting them.

Appreciate the info, that actually makes a lot of sense. It lines up with how they've been acting.

I really hope it's just a temporary cash flow issue and not something worse. I'm still waiting on mine, so hopefully I'm in one of the next batches.

Day 11:

Still no payout. Live chat keeps telling me it's in the final step and I'll get a confirmation email to complete the process. But nothing yet.

I'm aware that weekends are typically slow for payouts, so I'm giving it through Monday to see if anything moves.

That said, I've now seen multiple people report similar delays.

Sounds like trouble here. I almost gave them a shot in the beginning but I could tell they were blowing smoke and Riding off 5dimes customer list and what Tony built. I hope u all get paid by these pos. They actually wouldn't allow me to deposit they must of seen I was up on 5 Dimes. Made up some bs excuse after I sent my ID

Been waiting for Full week.
Contacting couple days ago, got a quick answer, "was in the queue".
Mentioned that in the past, is was next day about 90% of the time, or 2-days at most.

Got tired of waiting, cancelled the request, putting in another.

Checked in again today and was told "no updates yet"

I've stayed more patient than I should have. At this point, it feels like stalling more than a system delay. There's others reporting the same.

Well, Bettor's Den was badass, since inception. The return of 5Dimes was the claim.

Somebody must have hit a bunch of MLB parlays. Maybe won a ton money on Wimbledon. No clue. The website, has had a few very minor updates, so paying someone to make a change. Wouldn't surprise me, if someone stung them for a monster WNBA parlay, the Dogs and Unders were hitting for few days.

It's now day 13, still no email, no payout, live chat still saying "no update".

At this point, this is no longer just a slow pay, it's an intentional stall.

I've already filed with osga and posted updates on Reddit. More people are confirming similar delays or blocked payouts.

I'm not stopping until this is resolved or fully exposed. If your reading this and thinking about depositing, don't

Hopefully new money comes in for football season. If this spreads to other outlets it may not happen. It's obvious now they are not paying there players. Hopefully something changes for everyone owed. Disgusting how some of these books just steal now?

over on BMR, two player reported that they received a payout yesterday, with one of the requests going back to June.

So although things don't look great at all, of course, they still seem to try at least.
