so today i was doing some online banking and i checked my transactions on my ****. i see $107.57 CAD (canadian) charged to me with $5.00 worth of cash advance fee's. i havent deposited at 5Dimes since december 25th and the last bet i placed there was on december 28th. after that i moved over to BETPHOENIX. i know its them cause anytime i deposited with them it would always come up as XXX on my statement, while BETPHOENIX would say XXX.

    I AM SO FUKKIN PISSED!!!

It is not the sportsbooks that are charging you these fees it is the processors that process you card that charge you the fees .I recommend that you fund with Monegram and Western Union because those fees get refunded back to you if it is over $250 USD .Usually Bet Phoenix will give back all fees associated with depositing with their book all you have to do is ask.

they have a disclaimer at the bottom of their page saying service fees are not covered by 5dimes . Bet Phoenix will refund you everytime for those fees.

I stopped using my cc offshore because those people can steal you're card info for personal use when you do a cash deposit its less s hassle to gey money in and out

Based on what you described, it sounds like you had deposited $107.57 CAD (or the US equivalent) sometime around November 28th with them (or maybe a day before or after that date).
Check your account history with them.
If youd did make such a deposit, reconcile it against your card statement to see if it was actually taken out of your card back then.
Chances are, it wasn't, and they have taken it out of your account now, nearly 2 month later!!
I know that's rediciolous, but there were quite a few players affected by such a glitch recently (this is not limited to 5Dimes only BTW).

If you're Canadian then MoneyBookers might be the way to go in the future. There's some hoops to jump through to get your limit up to a usable level but after that it works very well.

                          Hey TT,

In another thread somewhere i read that you deposit via ** or ** online. I myself hate making the drive to a location and went ahead and opend a ** account online. Went I went to 5dimes website they told me not to use ** online because its against their policy and to drive to a location. CS quoted that the deposit would not go thru. You ever have an experience like that? The funny thing is that on the 5dimes deposit page it says that when you deposit via ** they give you a link to ** online...really wierd. Anyways i told the CS guy that they need to take that off their deposits page and he said they will do that once they have an opportunity. Your thoughts?

I use ** Online all the time with 5dimes its the cheapest method for me to get money in and pay only 10 bucks .The reason they want you to go to a brick and mortar store is the ** fees at the store is set at a certain price such as $9.95 per transaction when you do that online you could end up paying $20 but I have only had this problem with Western Union.Western Unions fees are on a sliding scale no matter if you do it online or in a store. When you use ** you could end up paying $30 to send $100 5dimes dosent want to pay these fees because it comes out of profits when they ask just say you went to the store and you shold be just fine.

i was wondering why they would be strictly against it when on their deposits page it shows that its a method to fund
