Hey everyone, Just a quick final update—BetWhale came through! Instead of the 72-hour wait mentioned in the approval email, my withdrawal actually hit my crypto wallet in just 4 hours. So to summarize my experience: ✅ Full $2500 withdrawal approved (no forced installments) ✅ Approved slightly earlier than the full 5 business days ✅ Funds arrived much faster than expected (within 4 hours instead of 72) ✅ Support was top-notch—transparent about the ongoing issues
[WARNING] Betwhale slow no pays

#40Hey everyone,
I am considering depositing into Betwhale as a new customer but reading through all these review is not making feel confident about going forward with it.
Can anyone confirm if these long withdrawal timeframe is still an issue and are there other loophole one should look out for as a new customer on Betwhale?Comment -

#45You will be waiting a long time to be paid. I have 4k and they are paying at $300 per month and it keeps getting worse. They have this BS system with customer service and billing where all they do is five this response.
Week after week
We sincerely apologize for the delay. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait, and we assure you that we are doing everything possible to process your withdrawal as quickly as we can. Our team is actively working to complete all pending requests in accordance with our standard procedures.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Best regards,

They advertise 200% on up to $6,000, but they max payout $300. The $500 below will be reduced to $300 if paid and we are over a month after this week. If you break even on 6,000 you will wait about 1.7 years to get your money back. I don't see this book around in a year.
From Betwhale
Hope you are doing well. We understand your frustration and apologize for the delay you've experienced.
Please know that your pending withdrawal is still in the queue and will be reviewed shortly. Once the review is complete, you will be notified by email right away.
We appreciate your patience and are working to get this resolved as soon as possible.

#47Don't use Betwhale. They will be bankrupt before you can withdraw. 30 days for $300 and still waiting.

This is not real. They do not pay $2,500 ever. The first withdrawal is cut to $500 with the following explanation.
I have excellent credit, and they did not check it.
I hope this email finds you well.
We are pleased to inform you that your withdrawal has been approved for 500 USD and will be sent to bc1qnzpkyngg9ys6gasxnks7f920mj2xpyss7 BTC wallet. You can expect your winnings to arrive within 48 hours.

Alright, gotta share this mess with you guys because I don't want anyone else getting screwed like I did. BetWhale pulled some seriously shady stuff on me and I'm still pissed about it.
Background:
Put in $454 over a few deposits, ran it up to $621 betting mostly NBA and some MLB. Nothing crazy, just had a decent run and figured I'd cash out my $167 profit in April. Should've been simple, right? Wrong.
Here's how they got me:
The verification nightmare:
Took these guys 3+ weeks to "verify" my account. Same docs I use everywhere else, but suddenly nothing was good enough. Document after document, rejection after rejection. Classic stall job.
The hidden limits:
Finally get approved and they're like "oh by the way, you can only withdraw $300." Their site says $2500 max but apparently that's bullshit. They've got these "customer levels" they never mentioned when I signed up.
Where it gets really dirty:
So I take the $300, leaves me with $321. If I do another $300, I'd have $21 left - below their $125 minimum. Can't withdraw it. Smart, right? So I figure I'll do $175 instead, leaves me $146 which is above their minimum. Took another 2+ weeks but finally got the $175.
The trap:
Go to withdraw my last $146 on June 6th... DENIED. Why? They bumped their minimum to $150. Exactly $3.65 more than what I had left.
You kidding me with this?
When I called them out:
Sent some emails asking what the hell was going on. Their responses were straight garbage:- "The minimum was always $150" - complete lie, I specifically chose $175 because it was $125
- Some nonsense about "customer levels" determining limits
- Told me to keep betting to "improve my level"
- Even threatened me for planning to leave bad reviews
These people are a joke!
The bottom line:
They're trying to steal $146 out of my $167 winnings. That's 87% of what I legitimately won. Over policy changes they made in the middle of my withdrawals.
I've used BookMaker, Heritage, BetOnline during this same time period. All paid within 2-3 days, no drama.
Why I'm posting this:
BetWhale's new (2024) so they don't have a reputation to protect yet. They're clearly running this scam on purpose - wait till you have a small balance left, change the rules, hope you give up or blow it back.
It's been over 6 weeks and I still don't have my last $146. Posted about this on reddit and trustpilot too. Other people are going through the exact same thing.
Look, there's plenty of solid books out there that actually pay. Don't waste your time with these clowns. Learn from my mistake.
Anyone else get burned by these guys?

#50Hi guys. I just joined to post about Betwhale. I deposited $250 roughly 2 months ago and ran it up to 3k after wagering requirements. My first withdraw took 10 days to approve but was cut to $300. The approval email said your funds will be with you in 72 hours. 6 days later still nothing. Then $300 eventually cleared. I explained the situation in live chat and they assured me if I play more my withdraw limit will be increased. I said if I win more this problem gets worse if you have cash flow issues. (Which is apparent). I won another 1k from betting and it’s the same process. $300 max then a delay. It’s roughy 2 weeks to get any withdraw. With multiple chasing emails/live chat in this time. I’m now over 2 months in and have 3 $300 withdraws clear with still over 3k in the balance. I can’t see how this company will survive and if you do deposit you are only putting your money into a Ponzi scheme. I would highly recommend not playing in Betwhale and this is coming from someone who if fresh deposits don’t get made I won’t get paid. Good luck everyone.Comment -

#51They are a Ponzi scheme. Its 20-30days per payout request.
They will go under or try the change of management scam and say the debt left with the old owner. Which they conveniently cooked for a year.Comment -

#52Yes. Betwhale is the biggest scam slow pay in all of sports. $300 per month paired with every lie in the book. They pay off several review sites like BMR to not black list. All negative posts are true. The positive are paid fakes.
They will be out of business and reopen under a new name soon.Comment
