    Props to Bookmaker's VIP CS
5-figure book to book transfer (sending to BM). Total time spent: 3 minutes.

    Nice.

They definitely cater to the larger players. Getting a large withdrawal by book to book took less than 15 minutes (although you might get stuck with a $300 fee).

Smaller players have a tougher time - both in terms of time spent moving money, and the cost of transfers relative to what you have there.

At least Boomaker/BetCris have a free withdrawal unlike The Greek which makes u pay for everything.

Took like 5 hours for them to process my mid 4 figure transfer last month, so I'm gonna assume 3 minutes is the exception, not the rule.

This doesn't address anything I've said and somewhat insinuates that I'm a "smaller player"... I'm not really sure what this is other than obfuscation.

No obfuscation intended. I would note that there are two levels of CS at BM, that is all. The top tier of CS focuses on less than 1% of the bettors.

I wish VIP accepted US players........ I hate that the best two books going Pinnacle and VIP are non-US.

Do they have separate payout pages that aren't laden with intentionally deceptive language?

ETA: I should ask if their CS at the VIP level is as competent as the regular CS at interpreting company policy.

What exactly does bookmaker have to do with an incoming transfer? That is almost entirely on the sending book (let me guess: matchbook). I did the same thing last week and it took <10 minutes as well. I am certainly not privy to any VIP customer service at bookmaker.

I did get these odd variety of emails from them several hours after the transfer was completed:

Greetings Mr. Thompson, (i'd delete my name but they spelled it incorrectly anyway)

Thank you for contacting your 24-hour support. On your email you ask
if we can transfer money from matchbook to bookmaker, we are neither
                          one of those books.

Please contact matchbook to do such transfer.

Thank you and have a Have a Happy New Year!!

I'm sure you are mostly right Durito, however, here is the approximate timeline of my transfer...

                            1) Request transfer from Matchbook
                            2) 30 min later funds removed from Matchbook acct
                            3) 1 hour later contact Bookmaker asking where my $$ is and confirm with Matchbook that they sent the money/info/etc to bookmaker
                            4) 2-3 hours later money finally shows up in my Bookmaker acct.

Paying these monkeys $300 for 5 mins of work is an A++ on my grading scale.
