I've been playing there for a few weeks. Up to now I've had excellent customer service and a $4K payout was processed within 48 hours.
10% reloads on a Thursday as well (similar to Linesmaker.com) and -105 on a Friday.
But as stated, they are D rated so make your own mind up.

Can you give more information to stay away from broburysports? They have good promotions and the chat and e-mail support is good

Most of the Jazette Group are crap but there are few that have their own CS and are much better to play at.
BetUSA and Linesmaker are two that stand out, and so far Brobury have been more like those two than the rest in my opinion.

I signed up through another site for a 50% cash bonus with 4x rollover. Had no issues getting the 50% bonus credited to my account. I figured I'd try out the casino with the bonus money and had a pretty good run going for awhile, so I decided to take a look at the withdrawal procedures. It took several tries over a period of a few hours to upload the documents they wanted ... which made me kind of nervous ... but it finally worked. I asked for confirmation that they got them and received none. In the meantime I hit a bad stretch in the casino which seemed to coincide with my increasing my bets. As a result of these issues, I decided to cash out while I was still ahead.

I put in my withdrawal request and after not hearing a word from them for 4 days, I emailed my "personal contact" at the book and he took care of everything.

My check arrived today.

Things I like about this book:

-Having a "personal contact"
-There is a way to track how much of your rollover you have already met. I know some books have this ... but not all do.
-They paid me.

Things I didn't like:

-I ran into a couple of glitches with the document upload form.
-The communication when I requested my withdrawal could have been better.

Bottom line ... I got paid and they seem to care about their customers' concerns. I'll definitely use them again.

Brobury is solid

Been playing with them since March Madness and have nothing but good things to say. Should be a solid B at least. I don't have a single bad thing to say about them. There are A books here that I have bad things to say about, but not Brobury.
