I used them 2 years back and it was like pulling teeth trying to get my money out of there, they would always give me the run around. Not sure on its current status because a lot can change in 2 years.Comment -
Soft lines but they have have a high rollover requirement if you take a bonus. Their withdrawal fees are also very steep.
They have a reputation if being a ´deposit only´book, but in my experience they are not scammers.Comment -

I always try to be, Trumpdown.
I have had a few issues with BetUS. They were actually the very first US facing book I signed up with.
IIRC, they allowed me to deposit with Neteller and credited me with a bonus I did not want. My first couple of bets I placed were winners and I told them that I never asked for or wanted the bonus. After a lot of communication, we reached a compromise whereby I kept half the bonus in exchange for an 8x rollover.
When that rollover was complete and it was time to withdraw, the only method they could offer me was a couriered cheque (denominated in USD, of course). They charged me about $90 for the privelege.
That cheque arrived by regular mail, about 3 weeks later.
After that experience I told them that they had to allow me to withdraw via an e-wallet on which they eventually agreed (it is still too expensive) and I have had no real issues since aside from a couple of wrongly graded wagers which they corrected when asked.
I can perfectly understand why they have the reputation they do, but as I say in my experience they are not scammers.
