Withdrawal Delaying terminology

Am I to assume all of the following are delay tactics?

"We have sent out the maximum amount of moneygram payments for the day"

"We are having processor issues at this time"

"the reason for the delay is that (insert some obscure 'holiday' is considered a 3 day holiday in (insert some obscure 3rd world country"

"your bank wire has been sent, however, its likely that your bank is holding the wire and not posting it to your account"

Well, I guess they could say things like

"We are waiting for a bigger fool than you to send in some money so we can pay you".

"The price of whores and coke went up. WTF do you expect me to do? Give up drugs and sluts to pay you?"

Either way, either a book pays or it don't. And they all are only as good as their last payout.

I just received my last oddsmaker withdrawal before I closed the account. They took exactly 29 days to get me the great amount of $350... I've run through the gambit of their delay tactics and its funny when their chat reps can't keep the stories straight.. Its really a shame, i love their poker room, just don't trust them more than a politician..

One of the classic delays in the past I have experienced with shady operations is they simply don't respond to the withdraw request. (BetUs MO a few years back)

They play a waiting game....Perhaps with the understanding you will get impatient and lose it all in the interim.
