How long does it take SBR to respond to a complaint ?

I received a system-generated copy of my complaint. So, it's is registered in the system. I called 830-515-4645 but it seems to set to take only voice mail. Should I email help@sportsbookreview.com ?

I believe it took about 3 weeks to get first response from Justin

We hope to cut this delay. We have been going through a lot of transitions in the last few months. I try to get to most complaints within 1-2 days of seeing them.

Maybe SBR should consider changing the following sentence on the complaint page: If you do not receive a response within one business day, please call 830-515-4645.

It should be there...it's been only a few days. I have used a different email address and I received the copy of the complaint as well.
