    Why isn't Betmaker included on SBR's rating list?
    Also, is it available to US customers?

      Because they didnt pay the advertising fee maybe??Thats the best I can come up with...

              I'm gonna guess not every book on here paid an advertising fee. Especially the 100+ that don't even exist anymore.
