financial stability is very important for SBR. sooooo, if they have enough money to pay SBR it should mean that they are financialy stable I guess...

Approximently ONE FULL letter grade.......

For example, if a book is a C+ as a non-advertiser, they would be a B+ if they advertised................use this as the general rule of thumb.
