Cant get onto Pinnacle

My internet is working fine except when i try to go to pinnacle

They may have blocked your IP if you refreshed the page once or twice. Id email them and ask if it doesnt sort itself out soon.

thanks..they responded quick however i can load the main page now but i can log in because it goes to a new ip
