Speaking of Bodog, when you make a payout request they make you fax them a sheet with your credit card, drivers license and some other info. Is this typical for all sites? If you load your account with a credit card, do most of them ask for all of this info in order to get a payout?

i do have to say when i first got on bodog the payouts seem to take forever ,now i can say they got there act together and the payouts are pretty good and dont have any problems cashing the check ,not like earlier when there was alot of problems,but one thing that im still alittle disappointed in,getting rid of the debit card.it was so convient and didint have to worry about waiting for a check.are they thinking about getting that back cause alot of the other sites have the debit cards

I had my first 5 w/d requests initially declined for a variety of reasons. Be very careful using e-wallet xpress to deposit, they put a 10 BUSINESS DAY hold, unlike any other book that takes that method. And nowhere on the site is that specifically mentioned.

Once all the documents are received, payouts usually take a week or less. Not as fast as some, but better than many.
