They don't have a mirror site. It's betphoenix.com and betpho.com which takes you right back to betphoenix.com. This has happened to them several times in the last couple of months.

Last time, their server crashed or something and they took two days to patchwork something together to house their own server or something. Had been fine since.

seems like whatever work they did failed. It is only the busiest bowl day yet this season.

What does a server have to do with operating phone lines? Books do hand tickets when shit goes down.

I agree that if a site wants to be truly reputable, it needs to have a mirror, it's simply unacceptable to have your site go down in the peak hours and is obviously very bad for business.
